All of these artworks are moments of life transformed into art. They might be called sketches, as they are made in a sketchbook – but they are actually pieces of the presence kept on a page. Where was I? What was I feeling or thinking? What did I do the moment before? Who was I with and what was happening around me? These are some of the variables that have affected these works. Like travel diaries, strange moments, sweet times. all coming together on the pages of my books.. creating a story.
